Introduction Fabregas is an explosive, powerful, chasing machine who burst onto the racing scene defeating some of Australia's best open class and Group winning greyhounds as a 22 month old pup capturing the 2012 Group 1 National Sprint Championship.
A winner of an unprecidented 8 Starts for 8 Wins at Sandown Park with a personal best of a flying 29.33 in the middle of winter at just 21 months of age.
Fabregas is by one of Australia's greatest sire's in recent history "Bombastic Shiraz" out of "Wicked Witch" from an outstanding damline, that's produced many Group winners and top liners. Wicked Witch is part of a 100% winning litter of six by one of Irelands most influential sires Larkhill Jo which certainly add's some fantastic diversity to Fabregas's pedigree. His grand dam "Witch Magic" raced 16 times for 11 Wins including the 2006 Group 2 Ballarat Cup. Witch Magic is by another of Australia's greatest sire's in Awesome Assassin by the great bitch "Star Witch" who had 29 Starts for 17 Wins and 9 placing's including the 2002 Group 1 Hobart Thousand. Fabregas is well and truely bred in the purple!
Following Fabregas's devasting win in the National Sprint it was revealed on Sky Channel that we were collecting some frozen semen to put into some select bitches to get his stud career underway. Well the phone literally rung off the hook and we have already had 50 bookings in 6 weeks from some of Australia's premier breeders and brood bitches. Some of his first bookings include Glamorous, Zipping Jewel, Pure Elle, Meredith Grey, Black Saharrah, Ever Grace, Ritza Night, Le Royale, Material Journey, Nat's The One, Key To Eden, Monique's Doll and Regal Blaze.
It's a dream start to a stud career and we wish to thank everyone who not only use's Fabregas but all of our stud dogs making us one of Australia's premier stud facilities.
